  • 12 ounces of good-quality chocolate (dark, milk, or white chocolate)

  • Desired amount of cannabis tincture or oil

  • Easter egg molds

Recipe

  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in short intervals in the microwave, stirring frequently until it's smooth.

  2. Once the chocolate has melted, allow it to cool slightly, then add the desired amount of cannabis tincture or oil to the chocolate and mix until fully combined.

  3. Pour the chocolate mixture into the Easter egg molds, filling to the top.

  4. Gently tap the molds on the counter to release any air bubbles and smooth out the surface of the chocolate.

  5. Place the molds in the fridge and allow to chill for at least 30 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened.

  6. Once the chocolate has set, gently pop the eggs out of the molds.

  7. To decorate the eggs, you can use edible food coloring or edible glitter.

  8. Store the Cannabis-Infused Chocolate Easter Eggs in a cool, dry place until ready to serve.

Bunny-Shaped Cannabis Gummies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fruit juice (any flavor you prefer)

  • 1/4 cup of gelatin

  • Desired amount of cannabis tincture or oil

  • Bunny-shaped silicone molds

Recipe

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat the fruit juice over low heat until just warm. Do not bring it to a boil.

  2. Add in the gelatin and whisk continuously for about 3 minutes until fully dissolved.

  3. Remove from heat and add in desired amount of cannabis tincture or oil, stirring to ensure it’s fully incorporated into the mixture.

  4. Pour the mixture into bunny-shaped silicone molds, filling each mold about halfway (depending on size). You may need two sets of molds if you want larger batches of gummies.

  5. Place in fridge and allow to chill for at least 30 minutes or until the gummies have hardened.

  6. To remove from molds, use a butter knife around edges before gently popping out each gummy bunny shape with your fingers (or pressure from a spoon).
